  The Political Agent isthe over all incharge for the agency administration, assisted by AssistantPolitical Agents.The agency headquarter is located at Khar. Administratively, Bajaur Agencycomprises of two sub-divisions, namely,Khar sub-division and Nawagaisub-division under two Assistant PoliticalAgents. Khar sub-division has furtherbeen divided into three Tehsil, namelyKhar, Salazai, and Uthman khel, whileNawagai sub-division consists of fivetehsils, namely Chamar kand, nawagai, LoiMamund, Wara Momund and Barang. Thus,all the seven Tehsils in the agency areunder the charge of three PoliticalTehsildars and Political Naib Tehsildars.
